The Board acknowledges the receipt of a requisition notice from Saba Capital Management, requesting the convening of a General Meeting to consider resolutions pertaining to changes in the composition of the Board.

The Board is committed to acting in the best interests of all shareholders and is carefully evaluating the requisition.
