Notice of Extraordinary General Meetings
The Company announces that circulars have been issued to the registered holder of shares in the Sub-Funds (the "Registered Shareholder"), for the purposes of convening extraordinary general meetings to consider the proposed changes to the investment objectives and policies of the Sub-Funds as well as other changes.
