EVRAZ plc announced on 6 May 2022 that it was designated by the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs on 5 May 2022 under regulation 5 of the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and included on the FCDO's Sanctions List. On 29 April 2022, OFSI issued General Licence INT/2022/1710676 under Regulation 64 of the Russia Regulations, which permits the continuation of business operations for EVRAZ's North American subsidiaries.

6 May 2022 - EVRAZ plc ("EVRAZ" or the "Company") informs that on 5 May 2022 EVRAZ was designated by the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs under regulation 5 of the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
The Company has been included on the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office's Sanctions List on gov.uk: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/the-uk-sanctions-list.
On 29 April 2022, OFSI issued General Licence INT/2022/1710676 under Regulation 64 of the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 ("the Russia Regulations") which allows for the continuation of business operations of the North American subsidiaries of EVRAZ:
