Experian plc announced on 22 August 2025 that it purchased 80,000 of its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each on 21 August 2025. The purchase was made on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc at a weighted average price of 3,873.0945 pence per share, with prices ranging from 3,855.0000 pence to 3,903.0000 pence. Following this transaction, Experian plc holds 55,450,545 shares in treasury and has purchased 1,213,673 shares since its repurchase programme began on 16 June 2025.

22 August 2025 - Experian PLC, the global information services company (the "Company"), hereby notifies the market, in conformity with Listing Rule 9.4.6R, of the following: -
Further to the announcement by the Company on 16 June 2025 of a share repurchase programme, the Company announces that it has purchased its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each (Shares) on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc, as follows:

The Shares purchased will initially be held as treasury shares. Following this purchase, the Company holds 55,450,545 Shares in treasury. Since announcing the share repurchase programme, the Company has purchased 1,213,673 Shares. The total number of Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 917,829,737.
All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.experianplc.com) on a weekly basis.
