Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that pursuant to the general authority granted by shareholders of the Company on 14 June 2022 to make market purchases of its own Ordinary shares, it repurchased 140,191 2021 Shares at a price of USD 0.4900 per Share, to be held in treasury, on 24 May 2023. This represents approximately 0.035% per cent of the Company's current issued Shares.
Following this transaction, the Directors of the Company wish to announce that the total number of voting rights in respect of the following class of shares is:

2021 Shares and Realisation Shares each carry one vote per share held (excluding Shares held in Treasury).
