Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, "Frontier", the "Company") announces that on 16 February 2022, David Walsh, Non-Executive Director, exercised options over 2,563 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") at an exercise price equal to the nominal value per Ordinary Share. Subsequently on 16 February 2022, Mr Walsh sold 2,563 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1,350 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr Walsh held no Ordinary shares before these transactions, and that position remains unchanged following these transactions.
Following these transactions, Mr Walsh has remaining options over 16,453 Ordinary Shares under the LTIP scheme.
Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company confirms that, following the exercise of Options, its issued share capital consists of 39,399,041 Ordinary Shares.
The Company does not currently hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 39,399,041.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
