Correction to Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

Further to the announcement released on 6 February 2025, regarding the purchase of shares on 5 February 2025, the Board confirms that the Company purchased for treasury 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each, at a price of 66.20p per share and wishes to confirm the corrected issued share capital.

Following the transaction, FGEN's issued share capital comprises:

642,564,982 shares (excluding treasury shares)

18,966,247 shares held in treasury

661,531,229 shares (including treasury shares)

Following this transaction, the Company has 642,564,982 ordinary shares with voting rights in issue. The above figure (642,564,982) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

FGEN's investment policy is to invest in a diversified portfolio of Environmental Infrastructure.
