on the publication of Annual Report for the business year ended 31 December 2025

MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited Company (hereinafter: MFB Zrt.) is pleased to inform its investors that in part of the Annual Report:

·    its Consolidated Financial Statements and Independent Auditor's Report,

·    its Stand-Alone Financial Statements and Independent Auditor's Report and

·    its Consolidated Sustainability Statement and Independent Auditor's Report

have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the EU for the business year ended 31 December 2025 and are being published hereby.

The Bank has prepared its Annual Report - which contains the stand-alone and the consolidated financial statements - in the format prescribed by the COMMISSION DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2019/815 of 17 December 2018 on supplementing Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards on the specification of a single electronic reporting format (hereinafter: "ESEF"). The digitally signed version of the Annual Report - which contains the stand-alone and the consolidated financial statements - in ESEF format available for inspection at the Bank's registered office (H-1051 Budapest, Nádor utca 31., Hungary) and can be downloaded in "es3" format from the official website of MFB Zrt. (H-1051 Budapest, Nádor utca 31., Hungary) at the following link:
