Board Update
Following the Company's announcement on 5 June 2023, Flowtech Fluidpower plc announces that due to a bereavement Roger McDowell will be extending his temporary break as Chair. It is now expected that he will resume his duties as Chair in October 2023. Roger McDowell will remain a Director of the Company. Jamie Brooke, Non-executive Director, will continue to act as Chairman in his absence.
