On 22 January 2026, Flowtech Fluidpower PLC announced that Harwood Capital LLP and Lazard Frères Gestion SAS corrected their previously reported shareholdings. On 22 January 2026 Flowtech Fluidpower PLC (the "Company") announced that it had been notified by Harwood Capital LLP ("Harwood") and separately Lazard Frères Gestion SAS ("Lazard") that their respective holdings in the Company had increased to 13.03% and 5.44% respectively.
Harwood and Lazard have separately notified the Company that due to processing errors, the notifications provided to the Company were incorrect and that Harwood and Lazard's holdings in the Company had not increased above the respective thresholds requiring disclosure under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules Chapter 5 (DTR 5).
Accordingly, the TR1 notifications published on 22 January 2026 in respect of Harwood and Lazard should be disregarded.
