Flowtech Fluidpower PLC confirmed the completion of its acquisition of Q Plus on 12 February 2026. This followed the passing of resolutions at a General Meeting on 6 February 2026 and the admission of Placing and Retail Offer Shares to AIM on 9 February 2026.
