2025 Annual Financial Report
The Company confirms that the Annual Report and Financial Statements (the Report) for the year ended 31 December 2025 have been published today. A copy can be viewed and downloaded from the Company's investor hub: Reports And Key Documents | Investor Hub | Flowtech.
The Directors are responsible for preparing the Report in accordance with applicable law and regulations. Having taken advice from the Audit Committee, the Directors consider the Report, taken as a whole, provides the information necessary to assess the Company's performance, business model and strategy and is fair, balanced, and understandable.
The Report will be posted to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy during May ahead of the Annual General Meeting scheduled to take place on 19 June 2026.
