On 3 November 2021, Flutter Entertainment plc announced that the Irish High Court confirmed its approval of a reorganisation of the company's capital. The Board is pleased to announce that the Irish High Court has today confirmed its approval of a reorganisation of Flutter's company capital by the reduction of GBP 10 billion standing to the credit of Flutter's share premium account, and the transfer of such sum to Flutter's distributable reserves account (the "Capital Reduction").
The Capital Reduction will become effective when the High Court order and minute are registered with the Companies Registration Office.
