The Company was notified on 7 April 2025 that on the same day the following share transactions took place (the "Transactions"):
Ben Guyatt, Chief Financial Officer: (1) sold 37,622 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £1.568 and, (2) purchased 23,520 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £1.580.
Ben Guyatt's spouse, Wendy Guyatt purchased 12,433 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £160.78.
The purpose of the transactions was to make full use of their ISA allowances in the year.
Ben Guyatt's total beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company, including those held by his spouse, now stands at 148,029.
The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
