Foxtons Group plc announced on 09 February 2026 that Rosie Shapland will retire as a Director of the Company. Ms. Shapland, who has served as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee for six years, will retire following the publication of the Company's Interim Results for the year ending 31 December 2026. The Board has commenced recruitment for a new Non-Executive Director.

Board Change
Foxtons announces that, Rosie Shapland, Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, will retire as a Director of the Company following the publication of the Company's Interim Results for the year ending 31 December 2026.
The Board has commenced the recruitment process for a new Non-Executive Director and will make a further announcement as soon as practicable. An orderly handover is planned as part of the Non-Executive Director onboarding process.
The Board would like to thank Rosie for her commitment and significant contribution to the Company over the last six years.
