For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("FCA DGTR"), the total number of ordinary shares of the Company in issue as at the date and time of this notice is 48,255,255 with each share carrying the right to one vote. In addition, there are 50,420,652 shares held in Treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company in accordance with the FCA DGTR.
