Foresight Sustainable Forestry Company Plc (the "Company") 

First Day of Dealings and Total Voting Rights

Further to the announcement on 19 November 2021, the Company is pleased to announce that 130,000,001 Ordinary Shares will be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange at 8.00 a.m. today ("Initial Admission"). The Ordinary Shares will trade under the ticker FSF (ISIN: GB00BMDPKM71).

Total Voting Rights

Following Initial Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 130,000,001 each with equal voting rights. This total voting rights figure can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.

Capitalised terms shall have the same meaning attributed to them in the Company's prospectus dated 28 October 2021 unless otherwise defined in this announcement.
