Transaction in own shares
The Company announces that on 15 September 2025 it purchased the following ordinary shares (the "ordinary shares") on the London Stock Exchange through the Company's broker Jefferies International Limited ("Jefferies").

The purchases form part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on 4 May 2023.
Following settlement of the above purchases, the Company's total issued share capital will comprise of 609,958,720 ordinary shares.
The total voting rights figure 553,653,951 may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their major interest in, or a change to their major interest in, the company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Foresight Solar Fund Limited purchased 65,000 of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange via Jefferies International Limited on 15 September 2025. The shares were acquired at a volume weighted average price of 80.35, with prices ranging from 80.20 to 80.40, and will be held in Treasury. Following this transaction, the Company's total issued share capital will be 609,958,720 ordinary shares, with total voting rights of 553,653,951.
