Transaction in own shares
The Company announces that on 19 September 2025 it purchased the following ordinary shares (the "ordinary shares") on the London Stock Exchange through the Company's broker Jefferies International Limited ("Jefferies").

The total voting rights figure 553,403,951 may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their major interest in, or a change to their major interest in, the company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The shares were acquired at a volume weighted average price of 76.67, with a highest price of 77.00 and a lowest price of 76.60. These repurchased shares will be held in Treasury and form part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on 4 May 2023, resulting in a total issued share capital of 609,958,720 ordinary shares and a total voting rights figure of 553,403,951 following settlement.
