On 15 April 2026, Foresight Solar Fund Limited purchased 44,215 of its own ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange through Jefferies International Limited, at a volume weighted average price of 67.01 per share, with highest and lowest prices of 67.10 and 66.30 respectively. The Company announces that on 15 April 2026 it purchased the following ordinary shares (the "ordinary shares") on the London Stock Exchange through the Company's broker Jefferies International Limited ("Jefferies").

The purchases form part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on 4 May 2023.
Following settlement of the above purchases, the Company's total issued share capital will comprise of 609,958,720 ordinary shares.
The total voting rights figure 546,844,813 may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their major interest in, or a change to their major interest in, the company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
