Future plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 15 pence each through ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

Highest price paid per share:				470.6000

Average price paid per share:				463.2674


The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Since 15 December 2025, the Company has purchased 913,116 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £4,757,135.59.

Following the above transaction, the Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury and has 94,676,556 ordinary shares in issue.
