Future plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 15 pence each through ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

Highest price paid per share:				438.2000

Average price paid per share:				433.0220


The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Since 15 December 2025, the Company has purchased 981,898 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £5,058,333.39.

Following the above transaction, the Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury and has 94,607,774 ordinary shares in issue.
