Future plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 15 pence each through ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

Highest price paid per share:			427.2000

Average price paid per share:			419.8568


The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Since 15 December 2025, the Company has purchased 1,151,042 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £5,762,608.33.

Following the above transaction, the Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury and has 94,438,630 ordinary shares in issue.
