The Board of Directors of GAIL (India) Limited, in a meeting held on January 30, 2025, approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Additionally, the Board approved the payment of an Interim Dividend for the financial year 2024-25 at 65%, equivalent to Rs. 6.50 per equity share on the paid-up equity share capital.

The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 30.01.2025, inter-alia, approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2024 and the payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2024-25 @ 65% (Rs. 6.50 per equity share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.
