Gamma Communications PLC announced on 17 June 2025 that on 16 June 2025, it purchased 12,500 of its Ordinary 0.25p shares through Peel Hunt LLP at a volume weighted average price of 1,150.00 GBp per share, as part of a buyback programme announced on 25 March 2025, with the intent to cancel them. Following this transaction, Gamma has purchased a total of 2,804,000 shares under the programme, resulting in 94,696,389 ordinary shares in issue and 93,030,266 total voting rights.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
Following settlement of the above purchases, GAMMA has purchased a total of 2,804,000 shares since the commencement of the buyback programme and will have 94,696,389 ordinary shares of 0.25p pence each in issue. There are 1,666,123 shares held in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company are therefore 93,030,266 and this can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
