Gamma Communications PLC announced that on 23 June 2025, it purchased 50,000 of its Ordinary 0.25p shares through Peel Hunt LLP at a volume-weighted average price of 1,125.00 GBp per share as part of its buyback programme. The Company intends to cancel these purchased shares, bringing the total shares acquired under the programme to 2,896,038 and resulting in 94,604,351 ordinary shares in issue and total voting rights of 92,938,228.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
Following settlement of the above purchases, GAMMA has purchased a total of 2,896,038 shares since the commencement of the buyback programme and will have 94,604,351 ordinary shares of 0.25p pence each in issue. There are 1,666,123 shares held in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company are therefore 92,938,228 and this can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
