GCP Infra today announces that pursuant to the general authority granted by shareholders of the Company at the annual general meeting on 12 February 2026 to make market purchases of its own ordinary shares, it repurchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Canaccord Genuity Limited:

Following the above transaction, the Company will have 884,797,669 Ordinary Shares in issue (including treasury shares). The total number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury is 79,435,114.
The total number of voting rights in the Company, excluding treasury shares as at 3 July 2026 is 805,362,555. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Company or its Group under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Since the announcement of the Programme on 12 December 2024, the Company has purchased 62,450,095 Ordinary Shares in aggregate for treasury.
