genedrive plc (AIM: GDR), the near patient molecular diagnostics company, announces that its 2022 Annual Report and Accounts are now available on the Company's website http://www.genedriveplc.com/investor-relations/company-reports.php. The Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and hard copies of the 2022 Annual Report and Accounts will be posted to shareholders on or around 5 December 2022.

The Company's AGM will be held at 11am on 29 December 2022 at 46 Grafton Street, Manchester M13 9XX.
