DIRECTOR RETIREMENT
The Company announces the resignation due to retirement on 31st March, 2023 of Mr. J. Connolly, Group Chief Accountant and a Director of the Company.
As Mr. Connolly embarks on this new chapter, the Board is sincerely grateful for his assistance and cooperation in working closely with us to identify and integrate a highly capable Group Chief Accountant replacement who has been inducted over a number of months, ensuring a seamless transition for the Company.
The Board wishes to place on record its appreciation of Mr. Connolly's hard work and loyalty to the Group during a period of over twenty-seven years' employment, the last sixteen of which have been as a Main Board Director.
