GetBusy plc announced that all resolutions put to its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on May 20, 2025, were duly passed. A total of 31,119,522 votes were cast, representing 61.39% of the issued share capital. "For" votes for the resolutions ranged from 77.04% for resolution 6 to 100.00% for resolutions 1 and 2.
