Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company and the Form of Proxy for the 2025 AGM have been published on the Company's website at https://www.graftonplc.com/investors/shareholder-services/shareholder-meetings/.
In accordance with Rule 6.4.1 of the Listing Rules, copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The AGM will be held at 10.30am on Thursday, 8 May 2025 at the Irish Management Institute (IMI) Conference Centre, Sandyford Road, Dublin 16, D16 X8C3, Ireland.
