The Board of Gabelli Merger Plus+ Trust Plc is pleased to announce that the final dividend in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2021 of US$0.12 per ordinary share has been declared by the Directors, payable on 1 November 2021 to holders of ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on 18 October 2021 (ex-dividend date is 15 October 2021). The Board will continue to review and assess the Company's distribution policy.
