Further to the Company's 2021 Annual Financial Results announcement issued on 15 October 2021, Gabelli Merger Plus+ Trust Plc, announces that it has today published the Annual Report and Accounts (the "Annual Report") for the financial year ended 30 June 2021 together with its Notice of 2021 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM").

The Company hereby confirms that its fourth Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 1 December 2021 at 14:30 (GMT) at GAMCO (UK), 3 St. James's Place, London, SW1A 1NP, United Kingdom.
