Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with D.T.R 5.6 Greencore notifies the market of the following: -
As at today's date, Greencore's issued ordinary share capital consisted of 443,017,199 ordinary shares with voting rights. Each of these ordinary shares carries one vote. The total number of voting rights, therefore, is 443,017,199.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Greencore under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
