Great Portland Estates plc announced on 16 May 2022 that Wendy Becker will not seek re-election to the Board. She will formally step down from the Board and as Chair of the Remuneration Committee at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting in July 2022. Emma Woods will succeed her as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

Changes to Board Composition
Great Portland Estates plc (the "Company" or "GPE") announces that Wendy Becker does not intend to seek re-election at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held in July 2022. Wendy will formally step down from the Board, and as Chair of the Remuneration Committee, at the conclusion of the AGM.
Wendy will be succeeded as Chair of the Remuneration Committee by Emma Woods.
