Appointment of Chairman and Results of 2023 Annual General Meeting

The board of the Company reports that, as previously communicated, Malcolm Burne did not offer himself up for re-election at this year's annual general meeting ("AGM"), and with effect from today steps down as Chairman of the board. The board expresses its deepest thanks to Mr Burne for his contribution to the Company from its establishment and all his years of hard work and service in supporting the Company.

Further, the Company is pleased to announce that Toby Birch has been appointed as non-executive Chairman of the board with effect from today.

The Company also announces that its AGM was held at 11:00 BST on Tuesday, 27 June 2023. All resolutions were passed as set out in the notice of Meeting dated 3 June 2023.
