Shareholders of Grit ("Shareholders") are referred to the announcement released on the website of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd ("SEM") and the Regulatory Information Service of the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") on Thursday, 4 November 2021, which, inter alia, notified Shareholders of the annual general meeting to be held on Monday, 29 November 2021 at 1 p.m. Mauritian time (9 a.m. UK time) at the offices of the Company, 3^rd Floor, La Croisette Shopping Centre, Grand Baie, Mauritius (the "AGM") to transact the business set out in the Notice of AGM mailed to Shareholders on 29 October 2021, and which is also available on the Company's website at: https://grit.group/financial-results/ (the "Notice").

Shareholders who are unable to attend the AGM in person are encouraged to dial in to the AGM through the details set out below in order to listen in to the business of the AGM virtually. To obtain the dial-in details, Shareholders on the Mauritian register will need to email Intercontinental Secretarial Services Limited ([email protected]) and Shareholders on the UK register will need to email Link Assets Services Limited ([email protected]).

Please note that any such participation via the dial-in facility shall constitute formal attendance in relation to the AGM and Shareholders will be able to take avail of the call facilities to participate in the proceedings and to ask questions remotely. Shareholders attending virtually however, will not be able to speak or vote on any resolutions through the call facility. Such Shareholders are therefore encouraged to submit their votes for the AGM in advance or be represented at the AGM by a proxy by following the process set out in the Notice.
