Greggs PLC announced on 18 April 2023 that it has applied to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 70,900 Ordinary shares of 2p each to the Official List. These shares are reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the Greggs plc SAYE Option Plan. Admission of the shares is expected on 20 April 2023, and they will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary shares when issued.
