VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities completes £3.5mn acquisition of first site in Australia

VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities plc - a London-listed investment company advised by Victory Hill Capital Advisors LLP - is pleased to announce the completion of its acquisition of the first 5MW solar photovoltaic site near Adelaide, South Australia.

This is part of the first tranche consisting of two sites totalling 17MW as announced on 2 August 2021. Battery storage will be built and co-located on both sites.

The Company is on track to complete the acquisition of the second site by the end of October 2021.
