Appointment of Senior Independent Director

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that Richard Horlick will be appointed as the Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 January 2024.

Richard joined the Board as a non-executive Director in October 2020. He is the Chair of the Management Engagement Committee and a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees of the Board.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11(R).
