Purchase of Ordinary Shares

The Company announces that, on 1 November 2024, it purchased for holding in treasury 50,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each at a price of £0.715 per share in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 22 May 2024.

Following this transaction, the Company has 26,445,468 ordinary shares held in treasury and 396,053,422 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of shares in issue is 422,498,890.

The total of 396,053,422 shares in circulation may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
