GSK plc today announces the following changes to its Board Committee membership:

Wendy Becker has been appointed as a member of the Corporate Responsibility Committee with effect from 7 May 2024. As previously announced, Wendy succeeded Urs Rohner as Chair of the Remuneration Committee following his retirement from the Board at the conclusion of the 2024 Annual General Meeting held today.

These changes are in addition to Wendy's membership of the Audit & Risk Committee.
