GSTechnologies Ltd's subsidiary, GS Fintech UAB, has not obtained crypto-asset service provider (CASP) authorisation under MiCA from the Bank of Lithuania by the 31 December 2025 transitional period end, following an application submitted in September 2025. To ensure trading continuity, GS Fintech UAB's platform will transition operations to VASP-registered Finferno Spółka Z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością in Poland, acquired by GSTechnologies on 29 December 2025, and the Company plans to resubmit its application to the Bank of Lithuania in Q1 2026.

GSTechnologies Ltd (LSE: GST), the fintech company, announces that following the submission of a MiCA license application to the Bank of Lithuania in September 2025, GS Fintech UAB has not obtained crypto-asset service provider (CASP) authorisation under MiCA by the end of the transitional period, which expires on 31 December 2025.
The Company plans to resubmit its application to the Bank of Lithuania in Q1 2026 and in the meantime, to ensure trading continuity without interruption, GS Fintech UAB's platform will transition to operations under VASP-registered Finferno Spółka Z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością in Poland, whose acquisition by the Company was announced on 29 December 2025.
