(“Gran Tierra” or the “Company”) (NYSE American:GTE) (TSX:GTE) (LSE:GTE) is pleased to announce that it has signed, through an indirect wholly owned subsidiary, an exploration, development and production sharing agreement (“EDPSA”) for the onshore Guba- Khazaryani region within the Republic of Azerbaijan (the “Contract Area”) with the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (“SOCAR”).
