Update on Sale of Solar Assets
The Company would like to provide the following update with regards to the sale of the VCT's solar assets.
The Company has entered into exclusivity with a party in relation to the sale of a portion of the solar assets held by the VCT. Subject to finalisation of negotiations for the contractual documentation relating to the transaction, the sale is expected to complete in the coming weeks. A further update will be provided in due course.
