2023 Annual General Meeting Update

On 8 February 2023, Gresham House Renewable Energy VCT 1 plc (GV1O & GV1A) (the "Company") published the Notice of its 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), due to be held at 11.30 a.m. on Tuesday, 21 March 2023.

However, it has come to the attention of the Board that due to a technical error in connection with the service of notice of the AGM on those shareholders who have opted for electronic communications, the Company cannot proceed with the meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 21 March 2023 and the Company will be required to send a new AGM Notice to shareholders to convene a new AGM.

Accordingly, the Board has resolved not to proceed with the meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 21 March 2023 and shareholders should not attend the meeting venue on that date.  A new Notice of AGM will be sent to shareholders as soon as possible in order to convene the AGM for a date in April 2023.

This was an error, outside the Board's control and the Board is frustrated that this has happened at such short notice.
