Update on Sale of Remaining Assets
The Company would like to provide the following update with regards to the sale of the VCT's remaining assets.
The Company has entered into exclusivity with private funds managed by Downing LLP in relation to the sale of the VCT's remaining solar assets and wind assets. It is hoped that the sale will complete by the end of the year and a further update will be provided in due course.
