Fitch investment grade credit rating maintained - Correction

Further to the announcement made on 3 July 2023 the Company advises that the there was a typographical error in the credit rating which should have been 'BBB-' not 'BBB'.

All other details remain unchanged. The full text of the corrected announcement is below.

Globalworth, the leading office investor in Central and Eastern Europe, announces that, following the annual review, Fitch Ratings ("Fitch"), the international credit rating agency, affirms the Company's issuer credit rating at `BBB-` and revises the Outlook to "Negative".
