S&P - revisions to credit rating and outlook

Globalworth, the leading office investor in Central and Eastern Europe, hereby acknowledges that Standard & Poor's ("S&P") has revised Globalworth's long-term issuer credit rating to 'BB' with a Stable outlook (from 'BB+' with a Negative outlook), and its issue rating on its senior unsecured bonds to 'BB-' from 'BB' citing a low interest coverage ratio.

The Company remains committed to implementing strategic initiatives aimed at optimising its existing property portfolio and operational efficiencies to improve its interest cover ratio over time.
