Extension of secured bank financing

Globalworth, the leading office investor in Central and Eastern Europe, announces that it has successfully extended its €100 million secured bank financing with the consortium of Helaba Bank and pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, which was due to mature in May 2025, for an additional five years.  The financing continues to be secured on a number of its assets in Poland.

As a result of this refinancing, the group's pro-forma average debt maturity has increased from 4.9 to 5.3 years as of 31 December 2024, further enhancing its long-term financial stability.
